Untuk harga tiket paling murah dijual Rp 1,3 juta untuk kategori Green.

Sementara tiket konser John Mayer paling mahal dijual hingga Rp 4,5 juta untuk kategori VIP Red.
Tersedia pula tiket kategori premium festival standing dengan harga Rp 1.650.000.
Namun, semua harga tiket belum termasuk pajak pemerintah sebesar 10 persen dan biaya jasa pelayanan.

Many John Mayer fans in Indonesia are complaining that the world ain’t fair after they missed out on buying tickets to his April 5 Jakarta concert, which went on sale online this morning.
Tickets for the hotly-anticipated concert went on sale on e-commerce platform Bukalapak at 8am today. The tickets were sold in two periods: 8am-10am for pre-registered users and 11am onwards for general sale.
But it appears that most of the tickets were sold even before 11am, prompting tweets of disappointment and complaints using the hashtag #JohnMayerJakarta, which topped Twitter’s trending topics in Indonesia this morning.

A scroll through tweets bearing the trending hashtag also shows many scalpers flogging their tickets for upwards of IDR6 million (US$425), inviting scorn from unlucky fans.

To be fair, a free-for-all for John Mayer concert tickets could have been predicted. In a press release issued yesterday by concert promoter Third Eye Management, they announced that 40,000 had pre-registered to receive an alert for when the tickets would go on sale, and that only 10,000 tickets were available.
The tickets went from IDR1.44 million++ to IDR4.96 million++. At the time of writing, only three tickets are available (platinum seats — IDR4.41 million ++) on Bukalapak.
On the ticket sales page, Bukalapak put up an announcement telling fans to “wait for a surprise” if they missed out on getting a ticket. While some are probably hoping that that means John Mayer will be announcing another show by popular demand, it’s probably wise to lower expectations and assume that the “surprise” will probably come in the form of some small giveaway.
John Mayer is scheduled to perform at ICE BSD City in Tangerang on April 5, 2019. If you still want to try your luck, you can look for tickets on the official Bukalapak channel here.
