No lah. People don't buy now because they cannot collect until after CNY.
Besides, how can our economy tank when we have supreme leader guiding us to our glorious destiny?
I think as long as the new VES not finalised by authority (NEA?), buyers would not want to commit any purchases at times of uncertainty.
