It's enough to strike fear into the heart of any potential suitor: having to impress Danny Dyer without getting headbutted in the face and losing your lady-love forever.

Unfortunately that's what's likely to happen to Love Island's Jack Fincham after his potential father-in-law Danny was spotted at an airport - prompting speculation the EastEnders star is on his way to the villa.

A snap of Danny standing at an airline desk was shared across social media on Sunday, sending Love Island fans wild as they imagined the initial meeting between 'ardman Danny and stationery salesman Jack.

In the snap, Danny wore a white t-shirt and dark jeans as he stood in front of what looks like a check-in desk at an airport.

With one hand on his hip, Danny looked relaxed and untroubled as he waited patiently in the queue.

Next to him stands a blonde woman, thought to be his wife and mother of his children Joanne Mas, who recently told Caroline Flack on Aftersun she was "so proud" of daughter Dani.

The couple were surrounded by other holidaymakers who didn't seem to realise who was in their midst.

The person who snapped the picture captioned it: "Danny Dyer was right behind us!"

They didn't give any further details about where they were or what Danny and Jo did next, but if they really are on their way to Majorca, it looks extremely likely they'll arrive at the villa this week.

It works out to be perfect timing though, as the Islanders are usually treated to a visit from their parents in the penultimate week of the series.

Last year saw winners Kem Cetinay and Amber Davies introduce each other to their mums, and they bonded over awkward conversations about the young couple having sex on TV.

There'll be no such chat between Danny and Jack, however, as Dani insisted she wouldn't be Doing Bits on camera - leaving Jack at times frustrated.

His first meeting with Danny will be extra awkward too, after Jack angrily denied having a 'shrine' to the EastEnders star in his bedroom back home.

His ex Ellie Jones told Dani during a heart-to-heart that Jack had a poster up of Danny - but when Dani confronted him, he explained it was just a generic poster of a film he was in.

Trouble in paradise? Cracks finally began to show for villa lovebirds Jack and Dani on Love Island, after they had a major argument following the explosive lie detector challenge

Adding to the drama, Jack was seen in the teaser for Tuesday night's episode saying 'he's leaving' and doesn't want to be there any longer - seen storming away from the fire pit.

Having asked Jack a series of questions, including whether or not he loved her, if he saw a future with her and whether he could ever be tempted by another woman, Dani raged at the stationery salesman after he apparently 'lied' about his answers during the task.

The main issue arose with the question about being 'tempted' - with Dani fuming before Jack had even answered it.

He's raging: Adding to the drama, Jack was seen in the teaser for Tuesday night's episode saying 'he's leaving' and doesn't want to be there any longer

'Don't you dare...' she muttered to herself as she watched Alexandra asking Jack the question on the screen from outside the task room.

Hooked up to the lie detector, Jack insisted that he wouldn't be tempted by someone else, only for the result to come up as false.

Protesting against the machine, Jack seemed irritated by the result, only for Dani to take him up on it later in the episode by the fire pit, in the couple's first argument of the seven-week season.

Lovers' tiff: The main issue arose with the question about being 'tempted' - with Dani fuming before Jack had even answered it

'Why are you letting it get to you!' Jack demanded. 'Tempted is not the same as actually doing it.

'It's like getting upset because it might rain tomorrow, there's no point until it actually happens. And it's annoying me that you're now talking about all the negative [questions].'

Dani responded: 'Any girl in the world if they've got that question and their boyfriend got it wrong they would be upset.'

DANNY Dyer is never far from the headlines whether he's reporting on football firms or causing trouble in Albert Square

Here is the lowdown on his wife Joanne Mas, who tries to avoid the spotlight.

Danny Dyer and his wife Joanne Mas - the pair have been together for over 20 years

Who is Joanne Mas?

Joanne Mas is the wife and long-term other half of Danny Dyer.

The pair have been together for over 20 years after first meeting at school aged just 14.

Before Danny hit the big time, Jo was the main breadwinner with a job as a financial adviser.

Joanne asked Danny to marry her on Valentine’s Day 2015, and they married in September 2016 at an intimate Hampshire ceremony.

At the time Danny said to Hello! magazine: “To be standing here with the girl I grew up with - looking so beautiful in her wedding dress - that is a lovely thing.

“Jo is my best girl - the love of my life. Without her, I would be nothing.”

Joanne said: “I have dreamed about this day my whole life and I just wanted it to be perfect.”

Does Joanne Mas have children with Danny Dyer?

Joanne and Danny have three children.

Their eldest is called Dani who appeared on Survival of the Fittest and is now starring on Love Island 2018.

They also have Sunnie and Arty.

When did Danny Dyer have an affair with Sarah Harding?

Sarah had a six-week affair with Danny Dyer in 2012 when they met on the set of Run For Your Wife in which Danny played a cabbie secretly juggling two wives.

The singer believed Dyer was single when he seduced her — but later left heartbroken when she learned he had a long-term partner, Joanne Mas, who is now his wife.

A friend exclusively told The Sun: “He had told her he was living with his dad in Canning Town and that he was single.

“But eventually his mask slipped. She felt hurt and incredibly betrayed by him. They’ve seen each other a few times since and it’s been very awkward.”

Since the revelations emerged Danny has moved out of the family home and is living in a bachelor pad.

Jo, who has been with Danny for over 20 years before marrying him in 2016, has shown signs she's moving on from her partner in the wake of the scandal.

However, Danny and wife Jo put on a united front at their daughter Dani's birthday in August 2017.

Did Danny Dyer quit EastEnders?

On February 16, 2017, The Sun Online exclusively reported that Danny Dyer had been forced to quit the soap in order to “sort his life out”.

The actor — Queen Vic landlord Mick Carter in the BBC series — stopped filming after talks with show bosses.

He was expected to be away from filming for a number of weeks – with reports suggesting he could be absent until the summer.

However, the rest of the cast feared that his extended break could become permanent – with BBC bosses believed to be thinking about ways to write his character out of Albert Square.

His departure came as it was revealed he had been involved in a backstage feud with Steve McFadden, who plays Phil Mitchell – although Grant Mitchell actor Ross Kemp expressed support for the star.

It followed reports Danny fell off wagon at the National Television Awards after trying to quit booze in the new year.

An insider said: “It was clear to onlookers he appeared very drunk at the NTAs. It is best that he takes some time out to sort his life out. He appears to be exhausted.

“As a result, Danny is not filming on the show at all. There is an enforced break that is expected to last a number of weeks.

“At the end of the day, he remains the biggest star of the show — so everyone is determined to get him back to his best.”

Danny is now back on EastEnders and one of its leading characters.
