FedEx truck thief arrested after crashing delivery vehicle in Castle Pines

Authorities arrested a suspect Friday who allegedly stole a FedEx delivery truck, led Douglas County sheriff’s deputies on a chase and then crashed the truck in Castle Pines.

The suspect, whose name has not been released, then fled on foot. Deputies caught the suspect and arrested him.

At one point during the chase, the sheriff’s department sent out a tweet asking drivers to give deputies room to maneuver by pulling to the side of the road.
