Pada post ini ia menuliskan sebuah caption yang cukup panjang. Dimana secara garis besar caption tersebut berisi tentang rasa syukurnya atas kelahiran anak ke tiganya yang berjenis kelamin perempuan. Diberi nama panggilan Baby Tia, anak ke tiganya ini diberi nama Tiana Gia Johnson.

Bukan hanya merasa bersyukur atas kelahiran sang anak, The Rock juga menyampaikan rasa terima kasihnya kepada sang istri, @laurenhashianofficial yang sangat ia cintai. Menurut The Rock, "Selama hidupku aku dibesarkan dan dikelilingi oleh wanita yang kuat dan penyayang, tapi setelah Baby Tia lahir, rasanya sulit untuk mengekspresikan cinta yang lebih besar ini, sama halnya dengan rasa hormat dan juga rasa kagum untukmu @laurenhashuanofficial dan juga kepada seluruh wanita di luar sana."
Masih di caption yang sama, ia juga mengungkapkan sarannya kepada laki-laki di dunia untuk mendampingi sang istri saat menjalani proses kelahiran. Karena menurutnya salah satu momen terbaik di dalam hidup seorang laki-laki adalah momen dimana ia menyaksikan kelahiran sang anak secara langsung. Tambahnya, momen ini adalah momen yang akan mengubah hidup seorang laki-laki, dimana mereka akan jauh lebih menghormati dan juga mengagumi sang istri lebih dari sebelumnya, bahkan sampai selamanya.

Johnson and his girlfriend Lauren Hashian welcomed their second child together, a girl named Tiana Gia Johnson.
Johnson made the announcement on his Instagram account, accompanied by a photo of him cuddling with the new lady in his life.
"Blessed and proud to bring another strong girl into this world," he wrote. "Tiana Gia Johnson came into this world like a force of nature and Mama @laurenhashianofficial labored and delivered like a true rockstar."
Johnson and Hashian also have another daughter, Jasmine lia, who was born in 2015.

The couple announced they were expecting in December by sharing a photo of their 2-year-old daughter, Jasmine. “Our Jasmine Lia would like to make a big announcement – IT’S A GIRL,” the actor captioned the photo on Instagram. “@laurenhashianofficial and I are boundlessly grateful for this blessing as this spring we’ll welcome our second baby. Plus, Jazzy is excited to boss around and protect her lil’ sis. And once again, big daddy is completely surrounded by beautiful estrogen and loving, powerful female mana. All girls. One dude. And a boy dog. I wouldn’t have it any other way.”
This is the second daughter for the actor, 45, and his longtime girlfriend, 33. In 2015, they welcomed their first child, Jasmine. The WWE superstar also shares 16-year-old daughter Simone Alexander with his first wife, Dany Garcia.
Johnson spoke with Us Weekly at the Los Angeles premiere of his film Rampage on April 4, admitting that while his partner wasn’t with him at the event, he has been spoiling her whenever he can. “I’m just being there and being very flexible and nimble … a lot of fathers understand this: We don’t sleep,” he told Us. “When the baby mama is sleeping, any movement in the middle of the night, any kind of just turning over, I’m like, ‘Hey, are you OK?’ Constantly. So it’s been like that. It’s an exciting time!”

The birth of one baby has dominated headlines - but another famous family has also welcomed their third child.
Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson and his partner Lauren Hashian announced the birth of their daughter, Tiana.
The actor posted a picture on Instagram of himself holding the newborn to his chest.
"Skin to skin. Our mana. Blessed and proud to bring another strong girl into this world," he wrote.
"Tiana Gia Johnson came into this world like a force of nature and Mama @laurenhashianofficial labored and delivered like a true rockstar."
Johnson revealed that he participated in the delivery, writing: "I was raised and surrounded by strong, loving women all my life, but after participating in baby Tia’s delivery, it’s hard to express the new level of love, respect and admiration I have for @laurenhashianofficial and all mamas and women out there."
He urged other men to "be by your lady’s head when she’s delivering, being as supportive as you can.. holding hands, holding legs, whatever you can do".

The star added: "If you really want to understand the single most powerful and primal moment life will ever offer - watch your child being born.
"It's a life changer and the respect and admiration you have for a woman, will forever be boundless."
The 45-year-old father, who is an American actor, producer, and semi-retired professional wrestler, wrote: "Your crazy dad has many responsibilities and wears many hats in this big ol’ world, but being your dad will always be the one I’m most proud to wear."
He closed his post saying: "Oh and one more thing.. you’re gonna love rollin’ in daddy’s pick up truck."
The couple are already parents to two-year-old daughter Jasmine, and Johnson has a child from his former marriage.
When Jasmine was born, the star also posted a photo of his newborn resting on his chest, writing: "Christmas came early! Within minutes of being born she was laying on daddy's chest."
Johnson is currently starring in Rampage, a film following a team attempting to prevent three animals infected with a dangerous pathogen from destroying Chicago.
