Jennifer Lawrence wasn't nominated for an Oscar this year, but she still stole the limelight in true J-Law fashion – with a wine glass and a wide grin.
The 27-year-old actress smirked Sunday night as she hiked up her dress and raised a leg over a chair at the Dolby Theatre, holding her floor-length gown in one hand and a full wine glass in another.
It's "peak Jennifer Lawrence," fans commented as photos of Lawrence's risky move during the 90th annual Academy Awards circulated online. They also noted that she "didn't spill a drop."
"I vow to take on every new challenge in 2018 with the grace and poise of Jennifer Lawrence climbing over theater seats with a full glass of wine at the Oscars tonight," one Twitter user commented.
"Jennifer Lawrence is all of us as she attempts not to spill her wine while climbing over Oscars seats," another added.
This isn't Lawrence's first time stealing the spotlight for her Oscars shennanigans.
The "Red Sparrow" star famously slipped on stage at the 2013 Oscars as she made her way up the stairs to accept her award for Best Actress in “Silver Linings Playbook.”
The next year she took another tumble. This time, on the red carpet. She tripped and attempted to grab onto a friend standing in front of her in hopes of breaking her fall. A security guard stepped in to help the embarassed actress to her feet.
"I did trip over a cone," she later told Entertainment Weekly. "I'm not safe."
Lawrence says her alter-ego, "Gail" and maybe "a little rum," may be to blame for her clumsiness.
"It's not just every time I'm drunk, I turn into this 'Gail,'" Lawrence told Ellen DeGeneres on "The Ellen Show" earlier this week. "It's a very specific drunk...I think she's some sort of, like, tortoise gambler or something. I don't always turn into this masculine alter-ego just to make my friends laugh."
Jennifer Lawrence was in fine form at the 90th Academy Awards. The actress was spotted taking a creative shortcut to her seat—all while holding a full glass of wine. She climbed over the back of another a chair while making her way to her spot at the Oscars.
The Red Sparrow, who wore a gold sequined Dior dress, was also seen making the rounds talking to fellow actors Meryl Streep, Salma Hayek and Woody Harrelson—all with her wine glass in tow.
Lawrence wasn’t the only actor seen indulging at the Oscars. Earlier in the night Helen Mirren took a shot of tequila on the red carpet before joining Jimmy Kimmel on stage during his monologue.
Lawrence sat next to best friend Emma Stone during the awards ceremony. She laughed and mocked Stone when host Jimmy Kimmel mentioned last year’s best picture mix-up during his monologue.

It remains unclear if she will climb over chairs in order to present the Best Actress award alongside Jodie Foster. Lawrence and Foster are replacing Casey Affleck, who dropped out of presenting and attending the Oscars.
Jennifer Lawrence wasn’t nominated for an Oscar at the 90th Academy Awards, but that didn’t stop her from having the time of her life at the awards show.
Other than climbing over chairs holding a glass of wine, J-Law took a moment to laugh at her best friend and seat-neighbor Emma Stone during Jimmy Kimmel’s opening monologue. Kimmel’s speech began by making fun of last year’s Best Picture mix-up when La La Land was called instead of Moonlight. “This year, when you hear your name called, don’t get up right away. Just give us a minute. We don’t want another thing,” he said.
Kimmel’s inevitable mention of the “unfortunate” mistake caused Lawrence to point at Stone, who appeared to be stifling a laugh. This moment proved to be another cornerstone in Lawrence and Stone’s epic friendship, and the Internet fully agreed.
Lawrence presented the Oscar for Best Actress alongside Jodie Foster. Stone made a statement during her Best Director announcement when she said, “These four men and Greta Gerwig created their own masterpieces this year.”
Jennifer Lawrence and Jodie Foster presented the Oscar for Best Actress in a Leading Role Sunday night at the 90th annual Academy Awards, but not before taking a moment to rib on Hollywood icon Meryl Streep.
Foster came onto the stage with the aid of crutches, which were necessary after Streep “I-Tonya’d” her, according to Foster herself. In the referenced film, Margot Robbie’s character Tonya Harding is involved in a plot to injure fellow U.S. Olympian Nancy Kerrigan.
“But you know, I prefer not to discuss it,” Foster added after the camera showed Streep laughing in disbelief.
“No, it’s cool, you know she tripped me once,” Lawrence added, before saying that Streep “was always nice at the luncheons.”
“Eh, she’s acting,” Foster responded to laughs.
Lawrence and Foster stepped into the role of replacement presenters after Casey Affleck withdrew from the responsibility in January in the wake of sexual harassment allegations.
Streep, who this year starred as Washington Post publisher Katharine Graham in The Post, was one of the nominees for Lawrence and Foster’s category, but the Oscar ultimately went to Frances McDormand for her role in Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri.
