Tiger Woods’s ex-girlfriend is gearing up for tea time.
Kristin Smith may have tea to spill on the famed golfer, because she and Woods are in arbitration over a non-disclosure agreement she signed after their 2017 break-up, TMZ reports.

In a bid to keep her from running to the press with tales of his alleged infidelity, the golfer, 42, reportedly had her sign an NDA, which she now argues is not enforceable.
This Tiger Woods comeback attempt looks like the real deal
Woods is no stranger to scandal, as his affairs with multiple women while married to Elin Nordegren were widely covered in the press. They finalized their divorce in 2010 — the same year Woods sought treatment for sex addiction at a posh Mississippi facility.
Athletes who have fallen from grace
Meanwhile, Smith also alleges that Woods has threatened to release “embarrassing” photos of her if she doesn’t keep her lips sealed, and lawyers have now gotten involved.
Smith, a stylist and the ex-wife of former Dallas Cowboys player Gerald Sensabaugh, started dating Woods in 2015.

Tiger Woods and ex-girlfriend Kristin Smith are reportedly embroiled in a legal battle over a non-disclosure agreement she signed at the end of their relationship.
According to TMZ Sports, Smith and Woods are currently in arbitration because Smith has tried to back out of the NDA. She says the agreement is not enforceable for an undisclosed reason.
Woods began dating Smith in 2015, and the two ended their relationship last year. A source told TMZ that Woods has threatened to release "embarrassing" pictures of Smith if she doesn't comply with the non-disclosure agreement.
Smith reportedly believes Woods cheated on her during their relationship. The 14-time major winner divorced from Elin Nordegren after having multiple extramarital affairs, and several of the women came forward regarding their relationship with Woods.
Non-disclosure agreements are not uncommon for athletes or celebrity relationships. In many cases, they are put into place so the other party in the relationship cannot publicly disparage or harm the celebrity's reputation in case of a breakup.
Allegations of infidelity likely would bring Woods' past back into focus at a time when he is making another return to golf from back injuries.
Woods reportedly paid Smith an undisclosed sum in exchange for her signing the NDA.
Tiger Woods has had a career renaissance, to the extent that only three golfers have better Vegas odds to win the Masters this weekend. But as has happened with Tiger many times over the years, a story has emerged involving his personal life: According to TMZ, his ex-girlfriend Kristin Smith, signed an NDA after their breakup, and now they are in arbitration because she wants out of it. The site details:
We’re told Smith believes Woods cheated on her in 2017 and that’s what ended their relationship. To save himself from another embarrassing sex-fueled PR nightmare, Woods offered Smith money to sign an NDA, which she did. But now, something’s changed … and Smith is trying to invalidate the NDA claiming it’s not enforceable. Our sources say Smith claims Woods has threatened to release embarrassing pictures of her if she doesn’t honor the NDA — and the situation has escalated enough to get lawyers involved.
Well, that’s not good. We will monitor this developing story for further details. There is never a good time for a story like this to surface, but this is a particularly bad time.
In August of last year, Tiger said that he and Smith were not dating and had not been all year:
