Danny Masterson's ex-girlfriend accuses actor of raping her 'repeatedly'

Danny Masterson has been accused of raping yet another woman.

On Wednesday actress Bobette Riales tweeted, in no uncertain terms, that she was raped by the former "That 70s Show" star.

She added that she wasn't seeking anything other than "justice and to prevent this from ever happening to anyone else."

In closing Riales vowed, "My truth will be heard." She tagged a previous accuser, Chrissie Bixler, whom she applauded for her "strength."

Bixler responded to Riales' tweet, saying that she was "so proud."

Riales is one of four other women who have accused Masterson, 41, of violently raping them in the early 2000s. He has been under investigation by the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office for nearly a year, law officials confirmed to the Daily News.

As a result of the mounting allegations against him, Masterson was recently dropped from his Netflix series, "The Ranch."

On Dec. 5, a spokesperson issued a statement to the Huffington Post about Masterson's firing.

Netflix exec says company doesn't believe Danny Masterson claims

Stars accused of sexual harassment and assault

"As a result of ongoing discussions, Netflix and the producers have written Danny Masterson out of 'The Ranch.' Yesterday was his last day on the show, and production will resume in early 2018 without him," the statement read.

Masterson vehemently denied rape accusations.

A representative for the actor released a statement to The Hollywood Reporter, suggesting that the allegations against Masterson — a noted scientologist — were motivated by victims' association with Leah Remini, who left the church.

"We are aware of (the alleged victim's) 16-year-old allegations. It was only after (the alleged victim) was in contact with Leah Remini that she made allegations of sexual assault by Mr. Masterson," the rep stated.

I stayed quiet long enough. Danny Masterson repeatedly raped me. All I seek is justice and to prevent this from ever happening to anyone else as it has for some time. My truth will be heard. "The alleged incident occurred in the middle of their 6-year relationship, after which she continued to be his longtime girlfriend. Significantly, during their long relationship she made numerous claims that she was previously raped by at least 3 other famous actors and musicians."

The statement went on, accusing the victim of continuing to reach out to Masterson after their relationship ended, even going as far as threatening his wife.

You are amazing. I’m so proud of you. He will never do this to another human being ever again. He’s a thief in the night, but he overlooked some incredibly valuable things we still possess. Our voice. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ — chrissie carnell-bixler (@ChrissieBixler) December 21, 2017

"When Danny ended the relationship she continued to pursue him, even making threats to beat up his current wife Bijou Phillips unless she left him. In fact, we are informed by the Church that the only demand (alleged victim's) made of the Church after Danny broke up with her was asking for their help to intervene so the breakup would not be permanent," it read.

Masterson has not yet responded to the latest allegations against him.

Danny Masterson's ex-girlfriend has accused the actor of raping her "repeatedly." She is the fifth woman to accuse the "That 70s Show" star of sexual assault.

Actress Bobette Riales tweeted Wednesday that Masterson raped her multiple times and she wants "justice."

"I stayed quiet long enough," Riales tweeted. "Danny Masterson repeatedly raped me. All I seek is justice and to prevent this from ever happening to anyone else as it has for some time. My truth will be heard."

A rep for Masterson did not immediately return Fox News' request for comment.

Riales also tagged Chrissie Carnell Bixler, one of the first women to come forward with rape allegations against Masterson. The actress wrote that she "applauded" Bixler’s strength.

In response, Bixler praised Riales' courage and introduced her to her Twitter followers.

"Hey, my Twitter buddies, I just wanted to introduce and ask you to follow and show support to this incredibly brave and strong woman who I’ve recently come to know and is now forevermore my sister for life. Bobette Riales I’m in awe of you and your strength," Bixler wrote in response.

Bixler told The Daily Beast she “can no longer be silent” and alleged she reported Masterson’s rape to the Church of Scientology but they ignored her claim. Masterson is a lifelong member of the church. Bixler accused the church of downplaying the rape claim.

The Los Angeles Police Department [LAPD] has been investigating rape allegations against Masterson since January, and news of the probe went public in March.

Following the fallout, Netflix announced in December that Masterson was being written out of “The Ranch.”

"As a result of ongoing discussions, Netflix and the producers have written Danny Masterson out of 'The Ranch.' [Monday] was his last day on the show, and production will resume in early 2018 without him," a statement from Netflix read.

Masterson vehemently denied the allegations.

“From day one, I have denied the outrageous allegations against me. Law enforcement investigated these claims more than 15 years ago and determined them to be without merit,” Masterson said in a statement. “I have never been charged with a crime, let alone convicted of one. In this country, you are presumed innocent until proven guilty. However, in the current climate, it seems as if you are presumed guilty the moment you are accused.”

The LAPD has not filed any charges against Masterson.

A fifth woman has come forward and accused actor Danny Masterson of rape.

Actress Bobette Riales, who dated the That ’70s Show alum in the early 2000s, alleged on Twitter Wednesday that Masterson “repeatedly” sexually assaulted her.

“I stayed quiet long enough. Danny Masterson repeatedly raped me,” wrote Riales. “All I seek is justice and to prevent this from ever happening to anyone else as it has for some time. My truth will be heard.”

A rep for Masterson, 41, did not respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment. The star has previously denied all allegations brought against him.

Four women had previously accused Masterson of rape, beginning with Chrissie Bixler — who in a November interview with The Daily Beast said that she had reported the rape to the Church of Scientology, but they allegedly ignored her. (The Church of Scientology “adamantly” denied her allegation to CNN.)

Riales sent a message of support to Bixler on Wednesday.

“I applaud her strength as well. @ChrissieBixler,” Railes wrote, adding the hashtags, “#metoo #sisters.”

Bixler responded to Riales, tweeting, “You are amazing. I’m so proud of you. He will never do this to another human being ever again. He’s a thief in the night, but he overlooked some incredibly valuable things we still possess. Our voice.”

Masterson is currently under investigation by the Los Angeles Police Department and the Los Angeles County District Attorney.

Earlier this month, he was let go from the scripted Netflix comedy The Ranch.

“After discussing with the producers, we’ve decided to write Danny Masterson off of The Ranch. Yesterday was his last day of work, and we’ll make new episodes in 2018 without him,” the streaming service said in a statement.

In response, Masterson denied the allegations brought against him and said he was “disappointed” in Netflix’s decision.

“I am obviously very disappointed in Netflix’s decision to write my character off of The Ranch,” he said in a statement via his rep obtained by PEOPLE. “From day one, I have denied the outrageous allegations against me. Law enforcement investigated these claims more than 15 years ago and determined them to be without merit. I have never been charged with a crime, let alone convicted of one. In this country, you are presumed innocent until proven guilty. However, in the current climate, it seems as if you are presumed guilty the moment you are accused. I understand and look forward to clearing my name once and for all. In the meantime, I want to express my gratitude to the cast and crew that I’ve worked so closely with over the past three seasons. I wish them nothing but success. I am also so thankful to the fans that have supported me and continue to do so.”

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Masterson could return for parts of the previously announced third season as the streaming giant writes him out of the Ashton Kutcher comedy. He still appeared in the second half of season 2, which dropped Dec. 15.

Declaring that she “stayed quiet long enough,” a fifth woman has come forward to say Danny Masterson raped her.

Bobette Riales wrote on Twitter Wednesday that the former “That ’70s Show” actor repeatedly assaulted her sexually. “All I seek is justice,” she wrote.

Riales and Masterson appear to have been in a relationship in 2003.

A previous accuser, Chrissie Carnell-Bixler, wrote back to praise Riales for coming forward. “He will never do this to another human being ever again,” she wrote.

The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office told the New York Daily News that it has been investigating Masterson, 41, for nearly a year. But, according to HuffPost, the investigation stalled despite what one law enforcement official said was “overwhelming” evidence against the actor.

The first four allegations originate from incidents in the early 2000s. At least three of the accusers, like Masterson, were Scientologists, HuffPost reported.

Masterson has denied the allegations.

Earlier this month, Netflix told HuffPost it had written Masterson out of its show “The Ranch,” and that he would not be returning “as a result of ongoing discussions.”
