Yes, that’s right. One Piece will be going on a super-short break, but Oda will come back to his desk before you know it.
Recently, One Piece confirmed it would have a week-delay for its upcoming manga chapter. This week, fans saw chapter 945 debut, but it seems chapter 946 will not hit shelves until June 23.
Of course, fans are a bit sad to hear about the delay, but they are eager for Oda to get some rest. The creator of One Piece has a notoriously hard schedule as he rarely takes break. The weight of creating manga’s most popular series must weigh on Oda, so readers are hoping the artist will take a good vacation this coming week.
As for what chapter 946 will hold, fans have some good ideas about what’s on the docket. This week’s chapter ended on a major cliffhanger as Monkey D. Luffy found his prison demolished by the one and only Big Mom. The Yonko is suffering from a touch of amnesia after she tried to force her way into Wano. Now, she has teamed up with the Straw Hats to break Luffy out, and she immediately challenged Queen to a fight. And when the Beasts Pirates legend refused to give in, Big Mom reminded the guy who was boss with a simple, non-enhanced punch to the face. Clearly, chapter 946 will have to catch fans up on the battle, and they have never been rooting so hard for Big Mom to win until now.

There are still a few days left before the much-awaited war between the Straw Hat Pirates alliance and the Beast Pirates alliance, but the Land of Wano is already starting to turn into a battlefield. After the execution of Lord Shimotsuki Yasuie at the Flower Capital, a commotion started between some of the members of the Straw Hat Pirates, Beast Pirates headliners, and Shogun Orochi’s subordinates. The latest chapter of One Piece also featured the arrival of Emperor Big Mom at the Prisoner’s Mine where Straw Hat Pirates captain Monkey D. Luffy and Beast Pirates All-Star Queen the Plague are currently in.
Unfortunately, fans will be needing to wait a little longer to see the next chapter of One Piece. According to Otakukart, popular manga creator Eiichiro Oda decided to take a one-week break which will result in the delay of the release of One Piece Chapter 946. The upcoming chapter is set to be available in Shonen Jump Issue 30 which will come out on June 24.
While waiting for One Piece Chapter 946, Otakukart gave their own prediction regarding what will happen next at the Prisoner’s Mine after the epic clash between Emperor Big Mom and Queen.
“In One Piece 946, we’ll likely see Big Mom talk to Luffy after taking down Queen. I think Queen is done for, and Luffy will now free Kid and Killer. Mama will help them do it, and she’ll probably break the cuffs too. There might be some Oshiruko there because Big Mom said she could smell it. Even if there isn’t, I think they can manipulate Big Mom by lying to her. We may also see the Strawhats retreating from Rasetsu district, but I’m not too sure if that will be gradual, or if it’ll happen in the next chapter.”

The final scenes of One Piece Chapter 945 featured Emperor Big Mom knocking Queen out with a single punch. As of now, One Piece fans must be aware that there is a huge difference in power level between an Emperor of the Sea and a mere Yonko commander. After seeing Queen get easily defeated, no one would ever dare to go up against Emperor Big Mom at the Prisoner’s Mine which will make it easier for Tony Tony Chopper and his friends to free Luffy.
Luffy will likely order Chopper to save Kid Pirates captain Eustass “Captain” Kidd and his right-hand man Killer. However, the Straw Hat Pirates could still face a big problem, especially if Emperor Big Mom will not get any Oshiruko at the Prisoner’s Mine. Emperor Big Mom might be kind to the Straw Hat Pirates right now, but she will immediately turn into an uncontrollable monster once her tantrums start.
Following the epic events from the previous One Piece manga chapter, Eiichiro Oda has announced that One Piece Chapter 946 is not releasing this week.
Due to the hype that Chapter 945 brought, many One Piece fans are dismayed after learning that the new chapter will be delayed. So fans will be needing to wait a few more days to read the next One Piece chapter.
While waiting for the release of One Piece Chapter 946, many One Piece enthusiast already made their predictions. That being said, we also made our own predictions for the upcoming chapter. As seen in the previous, Yonko Big Mom smashed Queen to the ground. Knowing that Big Mom still hasn’t remembered anything about her past and Chopper is with her, it’s likely that Luffy will be freed. There’s also a high chance that an alliance between Luffy, Big Mom, and the others will be formed inside the prison. The rescue operation for Luffy may also happen this time and knowing that Big Mom is on their side, In addition, Kawamatsu, who is also imprisoned may also escape.
Let’s see how things unfold once One Piece Chapter 946 officially releases in the next Shonen Jump magazine issue on June 24th. Digital scans are usually out earlier which only means that it should be available during the weekend next week.

The chapter 946 of One Piece anime is going to release next. It is going to be a tragic turn of events as it looks like that Law now has to either kill his friends of kill Hawkins, which in turn will his friends if he wants to get anything done. (Check: Sherlock Season 5.)
It has happened due to the voodoo practitioner who has held his crewmates hostage. It kinda ensured that they will remain imprisoned. So, it will become interesting to see if Law will simply surrender himself in One Piece 946 or what route will he opt to get him out of the problem.
Another thing to duly note is if Queen would be able to survive the assault of Big Mom or not. As per some reports, Luffy will talk to Big Mom after ramming the head of Queen into the ground. It may lead to the joining of the two forces. At the same time, it is also plausible that the Straw Hat captain would enrage the pirate emperor even more.
In both the scenarios, the escape route seems to be the most likely one. We would get to know about it in time. Luffy has been imprisoned for a long time now. This part of the storyline needs to be improved soon enough. And, another important matter to be taken care of, is Orochi and Kaido.
It would be awesome to see if the fellow pirate emperor fights Big Mom. If it happens, it would also resolve one more problem over the other. But, it doesn’t seem to be happening in One Piece #946.
The most likely thing that may take place is that Luffy would escape with his new friends with him. After that, he will call for a meeting with the rest of the crew and the samurai to start the plan. We don’t know for certain if it will happen in the next chapter of the manga series.
But, everything is pointing us in the same direction. If it happens so, it would be the first time when the Straw Hats would be doing something that looks like a plan. In most of the previous chapters/their adventures, they have created a mess and taken down foes. The #946 of One Piece will be no different.
The One Piece manga has been absolutely terrific over the past few weeks and I think everyone wants this level of consistency to go on for the foreseeable future from here onwards. The Wano Country arc has been fantastic so far, in my opinion. It did have a minor drop in quality during Act 2 of Wano, but it was all a necessary set-up for what we are enjoying right now.
Previously, we saw Zoro fight against Kyoshiro at Rasetsu district in the Flower Capital, while Sanji was fighting against X Drake. At the same time, Big Mom entered the Prisoner’s Mine at Udon, and fought Queen, which ended up being a one-shot. Whether Queen will get up again or not remains to be seen. In this post, we’ll be talking about our predictions on One Piece Chapter 946, and of course, everything else that we know about the release of the next chapter. So, let’s get started!

One Piece Chapter 946 is going to be a continuation of the events of 945 in my opinion. I think we’ll pick up from the Mine Prison. Queen will likely have been knocked out and while he stays unconscious, we’ll see the prisoners breaking out, thanks to Mama’s help.
At the same time, I think Zoro and Sanji will have to continue their fights, but I can’t help but feel that the fights won’t conclude, and we won’t see winners or losers. What I’m more interested in is the secret that Ashura Doji wanted Kinemon to see. Hopefully, it is something related to Oden.
As far as the release date for One Piece 946 goes, the chapter won’t be out this week. Oda has taken a break and we’ll get to see the chapter come out next week. The manga will return in Shonen Jump Issue 30, which comes out on June 24, 2019.
One Piece 945 dropped just a while ago and I think Oda dropped a pretty good chapter this week as well. Wano Act 2 is in its climax right now and I feel as if Oda has been getting the last few chapters absolutely spot on.
We got to see more of Zoro vs Kyoshiro in this chapter and it seems Kyoshiro did hold Zoro off extremely easily. Meanwhile, Zoro was huffing and puffing. Kyoshiro let him walk away though, and he’s already starting to retreat. Sanji fought against Drake and got hit once, but recovered from it pretty easily.
He too is on course to save Hiyori right now, and it’ll be interesting to see where we go from here. What’s more, Big Mom is already at Udon Mine Prison, and she even fought against Queen this week. From what we saw, Queen was game down in one hit by Big Mom, as expected. Now, let’s talk about One Piece 946, shall we?

Nell’ultimo numero del manga One Piece ha confermato che avrebbe fatto una pausa. Settimana scorsa i fan hanno visto il debutto del capitolo 945, ma sembra che il capitolo 946 non arriverà sugli scaffali fino al 23 giugno.
Ovviamente siamo un po tristi nell’apprendere la notizia del ritardo. Il creatore di One Piece ha un programma molto serrato per quanto riguarda il suo lavoro. Il peso della creazione di una delle serie più popolari in Giappone, e non solo, sembra pesare sulle spalle di Oda. Infatti ogni tanto il nostro mangaka si concede una pausa tra un capitolo e l’altro.

Per quanto riguarda il capitolo 946, abbiamo alcune idee sul quale potrebbe essere il contenuto. Il capitolo di settimana scorsa si è concluso con un gran colpo di scena, dopo che Big Mom ha fatto irruzione nella prigione dov’era rinchiudo Rufy. La Yonko, soffre di una sorta di amnesia, sopraggiunta durante l’incidente per raggiungere Wano. Ora l’imperatrice di Whole Cake Island, sembra essersi alleata con i Mugiwara per far evadere Rufy. Giunta alla prigione ha immediatamente messo k.o. uno dei comandanti di Kaido, Queen, con un fortissimo pugno in faccia. Speriamo che il capitolo 946 ci mostri di più per quanto riguarda la battaglia tra i 2 colossi, ricordando che fino ad ora nessuno ha ancora sconfitto Big Mom.

Luffy has been in prison for too long, and this part has to be resolved soon. There is still the matter of Orochi and Kaido to take care of, and simply allowing Big Mom to fight her fellow pirate emperor would be awesome. What’s more, it would solve one problem over the other. Unfortunately, this is not likely to happen in “One Piece” Chapter 946.
What is likely to happen is that Luffy will escape and take his new friends with him. He will then meet up with the rest of the crew and the samurai to start the plan. As to whether or not this is going to happen in “One Piece,” Chapter 946 is irrelevant. This is the route that all of the developments so far is pointing towards.
It is worth noting that this would essentially be the first time that the Straw Hats did anything with something resembling a plan. In many of their adventures, it was just them making a mess and taking down foes. “One Piece” Chapter 946 is not likely to be any different.
