Celebrity Island with Bear Grylls kicked off tonight and Eric Roberts lived up to every stereotype of the Hollywood star as he looked out for number one, completely oblivious of the fellow – thirsty – camp mates beside him.

From calling living legend Martin Kemp, 56, ‘Colin’ to drinking the very last of the water, which he ‘guzzled down’, Eric, 62, was undoubtedly a complete nightmare.

However, somewhat remarkably, the team kept their cool. But don’t expect the peace to last for long as Anthony Ogogo, 29, revealed exclusively to Metro.co.uk that we haven’t seen the half of it – yet.

‘There’s obviously five more episodes to come,’ the Olympic boxer told us. ‘Eric was alright. At the beginning I didn’t initially warm to him, I found him quite rude to other people.

‘He was always quite polite to me, but I saw how he was with me and James Cracknall – he was very different to us how he was with some of the girls, and I didn’t like that.’

Anthony continued: ‘I’m not saying he’s a chauvinist but I noticed he treated some people differently, and with me, I treat people with respect until they show me a lack of respect.

‘Eric was always very kind to me so I liked him but even me, I liked him like a see-saw sometimes – one day I’d get on with him and the next day he’d just bug me.

‘I don’t mean to sound mean to him, but you know your awkward uncle? He’s quite rude and always says the wrong thing or maybe some things that aren’t politically correct? That was Eric. He was a nice guy, but he drank the last of the water and when it came to sharing the food, he’d always go in for seconds or thirds and he’d get there first. But to be fair to him he did pull his weight.

‘He did rub people up the wrong way.’

Tonight’s episode also saw Eric take several swipes at Roxanne Pallett, before she quit following a crippling panic attack over the camp fire.

The former Emmerdale actress broke down after recalling a teenage trauma, which visibly took its toll.

‘What a story,’ smirked Eric, as she fled the island. ‘Can’t wait for the movie.’

Celebrity Island fans were in hysterics tonight as Hollywood A-Lister Eric Roberts "called out" Roxanne Pallett over her dramatic behaviour this evening.

The shamed CBB star, 35, suffered two meltdowns on the show this evening.

But Julia Roberts' brother was clearly not having any of it and questioned whether she was playing up to the camera.

When she decided to leave after suffering a panic attack over a bonfire, saying that it reminded her of a house fire when she was a teenager, he quipped: "That story... when's the movie out?"

Viewers flocked to Twitter about his remarks.

One tweeted: "Eric had Roxanne sussed out within the first few days just how Hardeep did too #CelebrityIsland #CBB."

A third remarked: "So glad Roxanne has gone already #CelebrityIsland Eric knows the crack “when’s the film coming out?” Lmao #dramaqueen."

During the premiere of Bear Grylls' survival show on Channel 4 tonight, Julia Roberts' brother was left sceptical over Roxanne 's squeaming and sobbing from the get-go.

However ex-model Jo Wood was the first to voice her exasperation as Roxanne and Montana Brown bashed limpets off the rocks for dinner.

When Montana told her to give the limpet a poke, Roxanne screamed: "Oh my god it's got a f***ing eyeball. It's looking at me!"

With Jo nearby, Roxanne exclaimed: "If I had food in me I'd s*** myself!"

Rolling her eyes, Jo said: "Silly cow, honestly!"

A disgusted Roxanne turned to Montana and, pointing at the bucket of limpets, asked: "You gonna eat that?!"

Montana sighed: "Babe, we don't have a kebab shop down the road! We don't have much choice."

Later, while chopping wood, Roxanne exclaimed proudly: "I've turned into some Amazonian woman and I don't care how I look or the state of my hair."

Eric then wryly asked: "Are you saying that for us or the camera?"

Roxanne wasn't happy with his comments and later said to the camera: "Eric doesn't seem to have any tact, he's just so rude. He's not really a team player, if I'm being honest."

That night, Roxanne was left sobbing as she revealed that the bonfire reminded her of a house fire she was in when she was a teenager.

Crying Roxanne was comforted by her co-stars as they pointed out that she was probably suffering from a panic attack.

The morning after, Pete relayed to Eric what happened: "She was in a house fire years ago and the smoke from the fire - I think it just started bringing stuff back."

"I feel so bad, I had no idea," Eric replied.

Later, Roxanne was tearful and said that she wants to go home. After discussing it with her campmates, she radioed Bear Grylls' team to get her out of there.

"I never thought going on the Island would open up a box I'd tucked away years ago," she told the camera. "The smoke was so thick it was stinging my eyes. I just kept thinking about that night when we were trapped in our home and we couldn't take in another breath because every breath was our last."

As she hopped onto the boat to get off the island.

Eric mused: "That story... when's the movie coming out?"

The scenes were filmed months before Roxanne's shocking CBB scandal, which saw her leave the show after accusing Corrie star Ryan Thomas of punching her "like a boxer".

In her first TV interview last week, she admitted that she "got it wrong" and "massively apologised" for what she had done.
