Pippa Middleton's Royal Wedding Dress Is Drawing Hilarious Comparisons to Arizona Green Tea

PIPPA Middleton's dress at today's Royal Wedding has been mocked online for looking like a can of iced tea.

The sister of the Duchess of Cornwall - who is pregnant with her first child - arrived with husband James Matthews for the nuptials between Prince Harry and Meghan Markle in a mint green dress with pale pink flowers.

The 34-year-old socialite looked elegant in the £495 Hepburn frock from The Fold, but some Twitter users couldn't help but feel like they'd seen the pattern somewhere else.

Sharing a hilarious snap of Pippa alongside a can of Arizona Green Tea with Ginseng and Honey, they wrote: "Pippa's dress looks like the Arizona iced tea can #RoyalWedding."

The comment instantly gathered pace on the social media site, with many fans agreeing that the colour of the can and the flowers adorning it matched Pippa's dress exactly.

The company itself even took to Twitter to post the cheeky comment: "Pippa got you feelin’ thirsty?! 😂

The chic but demure frock featured a high circular neckline, long sleeves and a close-fit bodice that gently falls into a softly pleated skirt.

The Duchess of Cambridge's younger sister completed the look with a light pink fascinator by milliner Jess Collett, matching clutch bag and pointed high heels.

Her husband James Matthews, 42, a millionaire hedge fund manager, looked dapper in a morning suit complete with a silk pink tie.

He was seen carrying a bouquet of pink peonies, which may be a gift for Meghan - they are her favourite flowers.

Pippa, who is believed to be four months pregnant, is most known for almost stealing the spotlight from her sister's marriage by wearing a bridesmaid's dress that turned her bum into a national talking point.

But it appears she has toned down her look today to ensure all eyes are on the bride.

On April 21st, The Sun exclusively revealed that Pippa is pregnant with her first child.

Pippa Middleton got the memo that green was the color of the day for the royal wedding — Queen Elizabeth and Meghan Markle‘s mother, Doria Ragland, were among those who wore shades — but this probably isn’t what she was going for.

Kate Middleton‘s younger sister’s “Hepburn” silk dress by The Fold drew comparisons on social media to a can of Arizona green tea with ginseng and honey on social media, as both feature a mint-colored background with pink flowers.

The drink brand even commented on the similarity, tweeting, “Pippa got you feelin’ thirsty?! Stop by the Great Buy 99 Pop-Up for a free can of the real thing!”

Pippa, who is expecting her first child, looked gorgeous in the long sleeve mint dress with a drop waist, pleated blush skirt and floral designs. The dress was not a maternity dress, and Charlotte Sutcliffe-Smith, PR for The Fold, told PEOPLE, “We are absolutely delighted she has worn it.”
