The rumors of a romance between Paris Jackson and Cara Delevingne have been buzzing for months, but this week the women appeared to confirm they’re dating by sharing a passionate kiss outside a West Hollywood restaurant, the Daily Mail reported.
The kiss came during a double-date with Macaulay Culkin and his girlfriend Brenda Song, the Daily Mail said, sharing photos of the kiss. The “Home Alone” star was good friends with Jackson’s father, Michael Jackson, and is Jackson’s godfather.
The Beverly Hills-born Jackson, an up-and-coming model and actress, and Delevingne, a British-born model and actress, reportedly met at the 2017 MTV Movie and TV Awards. They struck up a close friendship that’s been punctuated by ongoing rumors of a romance.
The double-date with Culkin involved dinner at a popular Argentinean steakhouse in West Hollywood. The Daily Mail said the foursome were in happy spirits, with Delevingne asking a giggling Jackson to dance.
After taking a spin together, the two shared “a passionate kiss,” before Jackson “nestled” into Delevingne’s arms, the Daily Mail said. At one point, Delevingne also sat on Jackson’s lap at a small sidewalk table as the pair finished chatting with Culkin and Song.
“Cara was sitting on Paris’ lap and they were both smoking outside the restaurant as they waited for their table,” another eyewitness reported to E! News. “They took turns stroking each other’s backs. When they got up, they linked arms and their hands brushed one another. They slow danced for a few minutes. … At the end of their dance, they kissed. First Paris kissed Cara’s cheek and then they kissed on the lips.”
Jackson and Delevingne also fueled romance rumors earlier this week by taking to social media to share that they were hanging out together in bed and eating strawberries while watching Todd Haynes’ 2015 film “Carol” on a laptop, Page Six reported. The film, set in the 1950s, stars Cate Blanchett and Rooney Mara as two women who fall in love.
Back in November, Jackson and Delevingne were spotted outside a nightclub in November holding hands, Page Six said. The following month Delevingne invited Jackson as her guest of honor to the Christmas Burberry X Bash in London.
The Sun then reported that the pair spent much of Christmas break together as they traveled around Europe, where Delevingne was filming her Amazon series “Carnival Row.”
“They really hit it off at the MTV Movie and TV Awards in Los Angeles in May (2017) and have been hanging out since,” a source told The Sun. “Cara is quite enamored by the fact Paris is the daughter of one of her musical heroes.”
But another source told E! News recently that Jackson and Delevingne were just friends.
Whatever is going on between the two, Delevingne previously said in 2015 that she was bisexual while talking about her former relationship with female musician St. Vincent, E! News reported at the time.
Jackson is outspoken on a number of subjects, but has not talked openly about her sexuality. She last dated Michael Snoddy, with the two breaking up in 2017 after a year together, E! News said.

“They have a flirty friendship but aren’t dating or in a relationship,” a source tells PEOPLE exclusively. “Paris is 19 years old and living her life. She has no plans to settle down any time soon.”
Earlier this week, Jackson—who hasn’t publicly spoken about her sexuality—and Delevingne, 25, spurred romance rumors after sharing snaps of themselves on social media watching Carol together.
Jackson also posted a photo of Delevingne on her own Instagram account, simply captioning it “a r t.”
