The 95-year-old cancelled 2 major convention appearances last year for an illness, though he never revealed the specifics of his health struggles.

TMZ melaporkan, Kamis (1/2/2018), pria berusia 95 tahun itu dirawat di Cedars-Sinai Medical Center di Los Angeles, AS, setelah mengalami sesak napas dan detak jantung yang tidak teratur. Kabar terbaru menyebutkan bahwa saat ini kesehatan Lee berangsur membaik. "Berjalan baik dan dia merasa baik. Dia dirawat di sana selama beberapa hari untuk sejumlah pemeriksaan sebagai tindakan pencegahan," kata juru bicara Lee. Sehari sebelum dirawat di rumah sakit, Lee menghadiri pemutaran perdana film Black Panther . Tahun lalu, pemilik nama lengkap Stanley Martin Lieber ini pernah membatalkan penampilan di Salt Lake City Comic Con dan Big Apple Comic Con karena mengalami gangguan kesehatan.

Marvel Comics legend Stan Lee was admitted to a hospital Wednesday night, but the 95-year-old has been released and says he’s feeling fine.

"All I really want to do is tell you that I'm feeling great," Lee told ABC Los Angeles station KABC in an exclusive Skype interview on Thursday.

"I figured a little check up wouldn't be bad for me. And in fact it turned out to be pretty good, it got me a lot of publicity," said Lee. "I'm feeling good now and I can't wait to get in there and tangle with all the competition."
Lee told KABC he will be back on his normal schedule this weekend, traveling and meeting fans.

"It's nice to know that somewhere in the world there are still people who care about what I say or do," he said.
Health issues have impeded Lee, who keeps a busy schedule traveling to comic book conventions around the country, in the past. KABC reported that last year he had to cancel appearances at two comic conventions.

Lee is credited with creating and co-creating iconic superheroes like Spider-Man, Thor, the Incredible Hulk and the X-Men. He is the former editor-in-chief and later publisher of Marvel Comics, and often makes cameo appearances in Marvel films.
Lee, who was born Stanley Lieber in Manhattan, New York, began his career in comics all the way back in 1939 with the predecessor to Marvel, Timely Comics.

Earlier this week, Lee appeared in good spirits as he walked the red carpet at the Hollywood premiere of Marvel's Black Panther.
The legendary comic book creator was in his element as he posed for photos with the movie's star Chadwick Boseman.
However, twice in the past year he was forced to cancel appearances at major conventions due to illness.
Monday's event marked Lee's first official appearance on a red carpet since allegations of sexual misconduct were made against him last month by nurses caring for him at his Hollywood Hills home.
Lee has vigorously denied the accusations.
