The following schools have announced closures or delays for Tuesday, Jan. 30 due to an overnight storm.

"Those traveling this morning are urged to use caution and allow for travel time," the National Weather Service wrote in a statement. An overnight storm was predicted to bring up to six inches of snow to some Massachusetts communities, with Southeastern Massachusetts the hardest hit. While much of the snow fell overnight, light to moderate snowfall is expected to continue until mid-morning.

"With cold temperatures, even the light snow is likely to stick on area roadways," the National Weather Service wrote. "An additional coating to as much as 2 more inches of snow are possibly until it tapers off. This will make conditions on untreated surfaces slippery through the morning commute."

This list will be updated as delays and closings are announced. For the latest version, refresh the page or click here.
