FA Cup draw, LIVE stream: 4th round ball numbers, start time as Chelsea, Man United, Liverpool, Tottenham, Man City learn fixtures, dates

FA CUP FOURTH ROUND DRAW AS IT HAPPENED [Draw took place at 19:10] FA Cup reaction 22:35: That’s it from us tonight. Thanks for following the and the subsequent reaction. Remember, you can check the whole FA Cup fourth round draw by scrolling down to 19:10 on our live feed. FA Cup fourth round dates 22:15: Just a reminder that the FA Cup fourth round will be played on the weekend of 26 January. That’s not to far away for fans to book their travel arrangements. Maybe you can feel for Brighton supporters who, despite celebrating their win tonight, now face a 630mile round trip to watch their team. Let’s hope Middlesbrough vs Brighton isn’t an early kickoff for TV! Brighton beat Palace 21:48: Brighton are the latest team to book their pace in the FA Cup fourth round - but the win over Crystal Palace tonight was not free of controversy. Glenn Murray scored Brighton’s winner with seven minutes left but there was confusion as to whether the ball hit his arm on the way in. The referee checked the VAR for offside but seemingly not for handball. Murray said: "It's a game we wanted to win. I know as soon as it went in it touched my hip, not my arm." Brighton will play away to Middlesbrough in the fourth round.

FA Cup reaction 21:15: It’s tough to know if Shrewsbury’s FA Cup fourth round draw is good for them or not. The Shrews still have to beat West Ham in a third round replay before they can face either Bournemouth or Wigan. Should they get through, neither match would be seen as a money-spinner, as the TV companies are likely to broadcast games involving the Manchester clubs, Liverpool and Tottenham. But manager Paul Hurst is just happy to be in the pot. "It is good to still be in the hat for the fourth round of the FA Cup but we face a tough replay away to West Ham,” said the boss. "We have two important games against Blackpool and Blackburn before the replay so the focus will be on those games first. "We will then travel to London for what will be a really big test for the players who will have to once again have to be at their very best to give us any chance of getting a result."

FA Cup replays still to be played 20:39: Remember, there are still EIGHT FA Cup third round replays to get through before the fourth round. Seven games, including the televised clash between Chelsea and Norwich, will take place on Tuesday, January 16. And Wigan vs Bournemouth is the only match the day after. FA Cup third round replays: Chelsea v Norwich, Leicester v Fleetwood Town, Mansfield Town v Cardiff, Reading v Stevenage, Sheffield Wednesday v Carlisle, Swansea v Wolves, West Ham v Shrewsbury, Wigan v Bournemouth Yeovil vs Man Utd 20:11: Rather unsurprisingly, Yeovil manager Darren Way is pretty pleased about welcoming Manchester United to Somerset. “I don’t think I could pick anyone better to go up against in the world we live in at the moment,” he said. “It was an extraordinary achievement to get to the fourth round and to get Manchester United is a special moment for the club. “I want everyone to enjoy it and embrace the fantastic challenge. The players and supporters deserve it. It’s going to be a magical day. “I’ll be making sure the players remain focused before then as it’s only in their best interests.” Eyeing up the fifth round 19:54: While we’re all drooling over the potential giants killings, there are a few clubs who will certainly be eying the FA Cup fifth round here. Huddersfield and Birmingham is not going to be top of the Match of the Day running order. But both sides will fancy their chances of progressing. Southampton vs Watford should be an even encounter, while one of Sheffield United and Preston are facing an unexpected cup run. MK Dons vs Coventry could see the Sky Blues into the fifth round for the first time since 2009.

Draw coming up… 19:00: The draw is just minutes away. Remember, cup holders Arsenal are already out of the competition. The BBC are at Coventry City’s ground to see the reaction from the Sky Blues when they inevitably draw another lower-league club. Man Utd vs Liverpool in rehearsal 18:50: You’ll never guess who Man Utd got in the FA Cup fourth round rehearsal… that’s right, Liverpool! Rio Ferdinand pulled out Man Utd to face Liverpool, while Chelsea were also drawn against Tottenham. Cup draws are usually rehearsed in order to avoid mistakes during the actual draw. Man Utd rewarded 18:40: Jose Mourinho rewarded his Manchester United players after their FA Cup win over Derby - by giving them the weekend off! Manchester United now don’t play until next Monday after beating Derby 2-0 on Friday. And the boss was in a charitable mood with his squad after the win at Old Trafford. He said: “My feeling was good, because the players played well, the attitude was good, they created chances, they had shots, continuity in the development of the game, they never lost their brains, they kept playing the style and the way we want to play so I think it is very much deserved.”

REUTERS Here's Virgil van Dijk, no doubt reacting to Liverpool drawing Man Utd in the FA Cup draw rehearsal

Newport vs Liverpool, anyone? 18:20: Guess what, Newport manager Mike Flynn wants to play Liverpool in the FA Cup fourth round. Why? Because he’s a fan of the club. That may seem a bit counter-productive for Newport if their boss is a supporter of the opposition. But Flynn joked he could put those loyalties to one side. "I would love Liverpool at Anfield; that would be the dream for me being a Liverpool fan," said manager Flynn. "I hope we get a bit of luck now in the draw, whatever makes the club the most money. "It's huge for the city, it is huge, we have had a lot of tough times, but hopefully we are heading in the right direction.” FA Cup giant killers 18:10: Newport were definitely the big giants killers of the FA Cup third round as they dumped Leeds out of the competition. Now, you can argue if Leeds count as ‘giants’ nowadays but for Newport this was an unexpected shock. Nottingham Forest added more misery to Arsene Wenger as they beat Arsenal 4-2 at the City Ground. Stoke exited the competition with a 2-1 defeat at Coventry, which saw Mark Hughes lose his job. And West Ham and Chelsea were both held to 0-0 draws away to lower-league competition.

The FA Cup third round delivered on its promise of drama, with some big names missing from the fourth round draw.

League Two side Yeovil will host Manchester United in the Cup for the second time in four seasons having been pitted against Jose Mourinho's men in the fourth round.

The Glovers were the lowest-ranked side in Monday night's draw and were handed a home clash with the 12-time winners, as they were in 2015 when United won 2-0 thanks to goals from Ander Herrera and Angel Di Maria.

Fellow League Two side Newport will entertain Tottenham while Mansfield, another club from the fourth tier, have the carrot of welcoming Pep Guardiola's Manchester City to Field Mill if they can overcome Cardiff at home in a replay.

League Two sides Yeovil Town and Newport County were rewarded for third-round victories with home draws against Premier League sides Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur.

José Mourinho will take his side to Somerset to face Darren Way’s team, currently 21st in the fourth tier and the lowest-ranked team left in the competition. United faced Yeovil in the third round in 2015, winning 2-0 at Huish Park.

Newport County, who shocked Championship side Leeds on Sunday, will welcome eight-time FA Cup winners Tottenham to Rodney Parade. The two sides have not met competitively since a third-round fixture in January 1960.

The two other League Two sides to have sealed their fourth-round places – Notts County and Coventry City – received contrasting draws. Kevin Nolan’s County will host either Wolves or Swansea, but Mark Robins’ side were handed an underwhelming trip to MK Dons after eliminating Stoke.

Premier League leaders Manchester City could face fourth-tier Mansfield if the Stags win their replay with Cardiff, while Liverpool host West Brom and Watford travel to Southampton.

Chelsea will face Newcastle if they can see off Norwich in their third-round replay, and Nottingham Forest will visit Hull City after their win over Arsenal. Brighton face a long trip north to Tony Pulis’s Middlesbrough after their victory over Crystal Palace on Monday evening.
