“They are absolutely thrilled,” a source revealed to PEOPLE in September of the couple. “This isn’t something they were in a rush to announce to the whole world, and it’s only been in just the past week or so that they’ve felt comfortable telling most of their inner circle.”
“This is something Khloé has wanted for years and years and yet it’s more than that: She didn’t want it unless she was in the right relationship for it,” the insider said, adding, “This is such a wonderful moment for her: not only is she going to be a mother, she is going to be raising a child with a man she truly loves. Everyone is over the moon for them both.”

Kardashian isn’t the only one in the family expecting a child. Her pregnancy news came days after sources confirmed to PEOPLE that sister Kylie Jenner and boyfriend Travis Scott are expecting a baby girl. She is due in February.
Sister Kim Kardashian West and husband Kanye West are also expecting their third child — a daughter — after hiring a surrogate to help them expand their family.
Jenner, 20, has yet to confirm her baby news, while a Dec. 13 Keeping Up with the Kardashians trailer teased that the family may finally reveal Kardashian’s baby news. Kardashian West, 37, spilled the beans about her little one on the way in the 10-year-anniversary season trailer for the show.

Kardashian and Thompson, a center/power forward for the Cleveland Cavaliers, first stepped out together in early September 2016 and have been spending much of their time together since then in Cleveland — even celebrating Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas there together last year. They then rang in 2017 in Miami with one another.
Ahead of Thanksgiving this year — which she hosted in Cleveland — the star used website and app to share some of the things she’s grateful for. “Believe me, I know how truly blessed I am,” Kardashian said. “I thank God every day for this life. It’s important to remember your blessings all year long, but Thanksgiving is a good time to take a moment and be appreciative.”
Of course, it comes as no surprise that Thompson is top of the list. “I am truly grateful for Tristan and all that he has brought into my life!” she praised the Cleveland Cavaliers player, whom she has been dating for over a year. “He has been a huge positive influence on me and has given me a new level of happiness and love.”

Though Kardashian and Thompson aren’t yet engaged, the Revenge Body star opened up to ES Magazine in April about the possibility of tying the knot with the sports star — admitting she would say yes if he popped the question and is excited about the prospect of starting her own brood.
“I would love to have a family. We’ve talked about it. He [already] is a father, and I know for a fact that he would be an impeccable father,” she revealed.
“I definitely want to be a mom. But I don’t put the pressure on it. It’s not like, ‘The clock is ticking.’ I feel in my soul it will happen.”

(CNN) Khloé Kardashian has finally come clean with her baby news and shared the first picture of her baby bump.
The reality star posted a photo Wednesday on her official Instagram account of her and NBA player boyfriend Tristan Thompson cradling her pregnant belly.
"My greatest dream realized," the caption read. "We are having a baby!"
Kardashian, who has been open in the past about her fertility issues, wrote, "I had been waiting and wondering but God had a plan all along."
"He knew what He was doing," she wrote. "I simply had to trust in Him and be patient."

The stunner had on a black Calvin Klein sports bra with her leggings pulled down to show off her bare tummy.
It was first reported in October by UsWeekly that she was with child.
Khloe went to great lengths to not show her midsection after that, often wearing baggy clothes or putting a large purse in front of her.
In a teaser for the family Christmas card she held on to Rob's daughter Dream to conceal her midsection.
The hint: She dropped a big hint she was with child when she shared this photo which showed off a pregnancy pillow in the refection of her sunglasses

But there have been hints along the way.
During an October episode of KUWTK one of her friends asked when she wanted to have a child with Tristan. Khloe looked uncomfortable as everyone else at dinner cheered.
After a pause, Khloe replied: 'I mean, I really don't know. I honestly wish we could just be together and when it happens, it happens. When you make plans, God laughs.'
Also, in a teaser for Sunday's new episode, it appeared as if Khloe breaks her pregnancy news to her friends and family as Khloe was hugged by one person after another and Kris teared up.

Khloe - who has siblings Kourtney, 38, Kim, 37, and Rob, 30, as well as half sisters Kendall, 22, and Kylie Jenner, 20 - is the youngest of Kris Jenner's three daughters by late husband Robert Kardashian.
Her youngest half sister Kylie is also reportedly pregnant with a baby girl, but has yet to comment. The father is believed to be Travis Scott.
And her older sister Kim has a baby girl due via surrogate in January 2018, which will be her third child with husband Kanye West after North, four, and two-year-old Saint.
Kim's eldest sister Kourtney has three children - Mason, eight, Penelope, five, and three-year-old Reign - with her ex-boyfriend Scott Disick.
Her brother Rob has a one-year-old daughter Dream with ex-partner Blac Chyna.
An elated Khloe also took to Twitter following her Instagram announcement on Wednesday night.
She tweeted: 'I still can't believe it' beside an emoji of a pregnant woman and a love heart.

While there were many pregnancy congratulations, Khloe's followers seemed surprised to see her with a diamond ring on her wedding finger.

During a June episode of KUWTK, Khloe learned that she had fewer follicles, which hold eggs, than expected for a woman her age, which would suggest she would have trouble conceiving.
However, the reality star's follicle count returned to normal once she came off birth control.
Khloe revealed during the same episode that she 'fake tried' to get pregnant with ex-husband Lamar Odom, 38.

The reality star previously said she took hormone therapy and tried to get pregnant with Lamar via IVF.
In a May 2013 interview withRedbook, Khloe addressed her difficulty with falling pregnant during their marriage.
'People assume I’m desperate for a baby. And yes, I would love to have a baby,' Khloe said. 'But I’m 28, and I’ve been married three and a half years. I love my life, but it doesn’t feel incomplete right now,' she said.
It's been almost a year to the day since Khloe was granted a divorce from retired professional basketball player Lamar.
After initially filing in December 2013 following four years of marriage, Khloe filed for divorce for a second time in May 2016 and it was finalised at the start of December.

She called off her divorce in October 2015 following a near-fatal drink and drugs overdose at a brothel in Las Vegas.

The couple met, fell in love and married after a whirlwind month together back in 2009, and their hasty marriage and relationship was witnessed by fans on Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
Lamar later admitted to having 'multiple affairs' during his marriage to Khloe and in March recalled how he got into a 'dark place' with cocaine-use.
